Veterans get immediate, private housing with holistic services, benefits navigation, and on-site support.

Reveille Grants Per Diem (GPD) provides stabilizing housing for veterans. Veterans experiencing homelessness can be referred to our GPD program, which offers transitional housing, case management, and supportive services. This program receives referrals from the local VA HCHV Team.
