This summer, we’re pleased to share with you some of the rewarding outcomes of The Reveille Foundation’s success coach model of holistic case management! To date, we’ve served more than 65 veterans in partnership with the local VA through our pilot Veteran Fast Forward program. Throughout the next several weeks we’ll share with you some of the wonderful clients we’ve been honored to serve. To date this program has had a 79% success rate in meeting the needs of the clients we serve.
First up, we’d like to tell you about Ryan M. He reached out to us looking for a better paying job. He was working as an assistant produce manager at a local grocery chain. He’s applied for numerous jobs with no response. He has a wife with a history of serious health issues and children. TRF assisted in reviewing his resume, reaching out to employers and finally Ryan was able to obtain to a well paying job doing security at the airport. Several weeks later he was connected to an employer in Las Vegas and is currently making $56,000 a year doing security!
