Reveille’s Success Coaches provide holistic assessments for the underserved. They develop success plans for each individual and brings the community of resources together to execute these plans.
Our Success Coaches case manage individuals and follow-up until they find success. Reveille has partnerships and agreements with hundreds of resources. Reveille is approved by the Department of Economic Security to help people sign-up for State Insurance (AHCCCS) Food Stamps (SNAP) and Workforce Development funding (WIOA & SNAP-CAN). We also refer to resources that assist with trauma therapy, dependencies and mental health, sometimes these are co-occurring barriers to success. We also connect people to housing, transportation, education, certifications and trainings that lead to meaningful employment that creates much needed stability. Our outreach efforts and case management have impacted more than 10,000 individuals to date, and we hope to impact thousands more with this partnership.

Reveille and Republic have partnered together to create a new model of workforce development in Arizona. This model brings together funding, training and the employer to offer guaranteed on-the-job-training for qualified veterans and spouses. Reveille's role is to outreach to veterans and spouses and our Success Coaches remove any barriers and case manage them throughout the process. Republic assigns a veteran mentor to these candidates on their first day of on-the-job training. Our veterans receive their Commercial Drivers License and a conditional letter of hire, all free of charge to our veterans and spouses. This model is looking to expand nationally in 2021
